Subclass 476 extensions, Australian ETA App and Subclass 482 amendments
This Instrument amends the Migration Regulations to increase the interval of keep in Australia for Subclass 476 visa holders, develop using the digital app to use for an ETA and facilitate a pathway to everlasting residence for SC 482 visa holders.

Schedule 1 – Skilled Recognized Graduates Subclass 476
Holders of Skilled Recognized Graduate Subclass 476 visas whose keep has been affected by the COVID pandemic may have their visas prolonged to 14 April 2024 for Reg 476.511, if:
(a) the visa was granted on the premise that the particular person to whom it was granted happy the first standards for the grant of the visa; and
(b) the particular person was outdoors Australia on a day to which all of the next subparagraphs apply:
(i) the day occurred on or earlier than the unique finish date;
(ii) the day occurred between 1 February 2020 and 14 December 2021;
(iii) the visa was in impact on the day; and
(c) the unique finish date happens earlier than 14 April 2024; and
(d) the visa isn’t cancelled on or earlier than the unique finish date.
Secondary visa holders are included the place the first visa holder meets these necessities.
This extension applies to all major Subclass 476 visa holders who had been outdoors of Australia at any time between 1 February 2020 and 14 December 2021 and applies even when the visa has already ceased, or would have ceased earlier than this…
