January 25, 2023 – Global Affairs Canada is providing short-term scholarships to students from member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) for research or analysis opportunities at Canadian post-secondary tutorial establishments.
The Canada-ASEAN Scholarships and Educational Exchanges for Development (SEED), introduced by the Government of Canada in August 2017, will present roughly 125 scholarships in 2023-2024 for research or analysis in fields which are aligned with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development . SEED contributes to strengthening people-to-people ties between Canada and the Indo-Pacific area.
Canadian post-secondary tutorial establishments can submit scholarship purposes on behalf of students from eligible nations from now till March 28, 2023. Only purposes submitted straight by Canadian post-secondary tutorial establishments will probably be thought of.
Interested candidates are invited to contact their residence establishment’s worldwide workplace to find out about partnerships and collaborations with Canadian establishments. Home establishments in ASEAN member states will then present the eligible candidates’ documentation to the Canadian establishments.
