Pathway to PR for STSOL Subclass 482 visa holders:
As members are conscious, the Department within the March Skilled Newsletter 2022 included data on Subclass 482 and legislative modifications made by LIN 22/038 to implement an ENS TRT pathway for present TSS visa holders within the Short-Term stream, in accordance with the Minister’s 25 November announcement. included in that article was data that the pathway could be accessible for 2 years from its graduation on 1 July 2022.
Until the discharge of the Newsletter, this data had not appeared in writing. There isn’t any reference to the 2 12 months interval within the Instrument or the Explanatory Statement and the sundown date of the Instrument is 1 April 2023.
